On the Cy-Fair ISD website, under Mental Health Resources, it lists the Trevor Project. The Trevor Project is being investigated in California, as it encourages chat spaces for 13-24 to have relationships - some that are specifically for adults that think they are kids, aka "littles". Upon entering the Trevor Project website, children are greeted with a pop-up menu that shows them how to exit the site quickly and delete their internet history. Why is Cy-Fair ISD referring children to this affirming website? Why do they think it's appropriate to keep parents in the dark if their child is seeking these kinds of affirmations?
