Bug Eating Propaganda and Legally Questionable Data Survey

Cy-Fair ISD is surveying elementary children if they would eat bugs after they teach them pro bug eating UN propaganda. Surveying children without parental consent is against the law. The State Board of Education gave me 2 laws the question might be violating. I alerted the school board back in March and got no response. I waited to post to get approval for the price list for this education vendor from Ken Paxton's office. It's costing the district over $10MM for this program and they cut busses instead. Who's profiting on this data?

You can opt out of the Achieve 3000 app by emailing your child's principal and teachers.

Below is my evidence to support my claims. Notice the URL in the screenshot of the question, "Would you eat insects (yes/no)?" The URL is Scholastic, not Cy-Fair ISD. Is the data being mined? You decide.

The legally questionable survey that was in an assignment to 4th graders at Cy-Fair ISD:

The UN propaganda taught prior to asking the survey question: Where they checking to see if the propaganda was working?

The email I sent to the Cy-Fair School Board that was ignored:

The response from the State Board of Education that has 2 laws the survey question might be violating

The Price Sheets (totaling $10MM) I obtained through a Freedom of Information Act request:
